NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE SUBDIVISION AND SERVICE POLICY OF THE FOLLOWING WATER SUPPLY CORPORATIONS VIRGINIA HILL WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION 707 E. College St. Athens, TX 75751(CNN #10821 Henderson and Van Zandt Counties) CRESCENT HEIGHTS WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION 9430 State Hwy 31 W Athens, TX 75751 (CNN #10827 Henderson County) Pursuant to Chapter 13.2502 of the Texas Water Code, the above named Water Supply Corporations hereby give notice that any person who subdivides land by dividing any lot, tract or parcel of land, within the service area of the above named Water Supply Corporations, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity Numbers as listed above, in the County as listed above, into two or more lots or sites for the purpose of sale or development, whether immediate or future, including resubdivision of land for which a plat has been filed and recorded or requests more than two water/sewer service connections on a single contiguous tract of land must comply with Developer, Subdivision and Non-Standard Service Requirements ( the "Subdivision Policy") contained in the above named Water Supply Corporation's Tariff. The Water Supply Corporations are not required to extend retail water/sewer utility service to a service applicant in a subdivision where the developer of the subdivision has failed to comply with the Subdivision Policy. Evaluation of the above named Water Supply Corporations of the impact a proposed subdivision service extension will make on the above named Water Supply Corporation's water supply/sewer service system and payment of the costs for evaluation; Payment of reasonable cost or fees by the developer for providing water supply/sewer service capacity; Payment of fees for reserving water supply/sewer capacity; Forfeiture of reserved water supply/sewer service capacity for failure to pay applicable fees; Payment of cost s of any improvements to the above named Water Supply Corporation's system that are necessary to provide the water/sewer service; Construction according to design approved by the above named Water Supply Corporations and dedication by the developer of the water/sewer facilities within the subdivision following inspection. The above named Water Supply Corporations Tariff and a map showing the above named Water Supply Corporations service area may be reviewed at the Water Supply Corporations offices at the address listed above; the Tariff and service area map also are filed on record at the Public Utility Commission in Austin, Texas and may be reviewed by contacting the PUC, Water Utility Regulation Division, P.O. Box 13326, Austin, Texas 78711.
