Morphis or CodiIis & Moody, P.C .. 20405 State Highway 249, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77070, brought suit under Cause No. CV25-0520-l 73 in the 173RD Judicial District County of Henderson County, Texas, for enforcement and foreclosure of Deed of Trust Lien on the following described real property of which Defendant, KARISSA AMSDEN AND JEREMIAH SMITH. is a potential party in interest:

LAWSON SURVEY ABSTRACT 434, HENDERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING ALL OF A CALLED 12.47 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED BY DEED RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT 2013-00011144 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HENDERSON COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE ORIGINAL PETITION FILED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2025.

You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before ten o'clock A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two days from and after the date of issuance hereof; the same being , MAY 11, 2026 (which is the return day of such citation), before the Honorable Clint Davis, Judge of the 173RD Judicial District Court of Henderson County, Texas at the COURTHOUSE in Athens, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed in said court on 09/29/2025, in this case numbered CV25-0520-173 on the docket of said court, and styled, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC vs. KARISSA AMSDEN, JEREMIAH SMITH, TEXAS STATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION, AND THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT RE: 10025 COUNTY ROAD 3508, MURCHISON, TX 75778.

The names of the parties to the cause are as follows:

LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and KARISSA AMSDEN, JEREMIAH SMITH, TEXAS STATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION, AND THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants.

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: enforcement and foreclosure of Deed of Trust Lien on the following described real property:

Commonly known as 10025 County Road 3508, Murchison, TX 75778 as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.

The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
