There is presently pending in the County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, Texas, in Cause No. l03-2024CCL2 and IN THE ESTATE OF Ruby Janice Baisden, Deceased an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP filed by William Houston Baisden. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of William Houston Baisden, to declare Heirship in such cause.
All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, interview, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Henderson County, Texas on or before the above-noted date and time.
