Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before l 0:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (70) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of AMY HART, to declare Heirship in such cause.
All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so.
