There is presently pending in the County Court of Henderson County, Texas, in Cause No. 142-2026CC and NI THE ESTATE OF Mark Lee Perkins, Deceased an APPLICATIONTO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP filed by Lance M. Perkins and Cody L. Perkins. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of Lance M. Perkins and Cody L. Perkins, to declare Heirship in such cause.
