Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 70:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of DON YARBROUGH, to declare Heirship in such cause.
