Community Services, Inc. (CSI) has a vacancy on its Board of Director's in the Client Representative Class, to be filled from Henderson County. Client Representatives are elected by voters in their same county who have received or are eligible to receive a CSI Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) service.

CSI is seeking a customer who has received or is receiving a CSBG service within the past two years. The candidate should have some knowledge of community resources that provide sup- port services to those in need. Ideally, although not required, the board candidate may have prior board experience or training. A cashier's check payable to the order of Brownsboro ISD, in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid, or, Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Texas in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Brownsboro ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Brownsboro ISD for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. In order to assure that all potential bidders receive any corrections or addendums to the specifications, an official Bidder's List will be maintained in the Engineer's office for the project. Any notices of changes in the specifications will be sent to those on the Bidder's List and the Engineer will not be held responsible for those not on the list.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems will conduct an accreditation site visit of: UT HEALTH EAST TEXAS AIR 1 on September 5th and 6th. The purpose of the site visit will be to evaluate the program's compliance with nationally established medical transport standards. The site visit results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which accreditation should be awarded to the program. CAMTS accreditation standards deal with issues of patient care and safety of the transport environment. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent or valid information about such matters may request a public information interview with the CAMTS site surveyors at the time of the site visit. Information presented at the interview will be carefully evaluated for relevance to the accreditation process. Requests for public information interviews must be made in writing and sent to CAMTS no later than 10 business days before the site survey begins. The request should also indicate the nature of the information to be provided during the interview. Such request should be addressed to: Office of the Executive Director Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems PO Box 130 Sandy Springs, SC 29677 The Commission will acknowledge such written requests in writing or by telephone and will inform the program of the request for an interview. The Commission will, in turn, notify the interviewee of the date, time and place of the meeting.
