The following is the caption of Ordinance O-2021-0914-D passed the 14th of September, 2021 and enacted the 12th of October, 2021 by the Chandler City Council. The ordinance is to be effective as prescribed by law. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 12, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
